We want you to love your Velvet by Graham & Spencer purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the shipping date. Please ensure all original tags are attached to be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid UPS return shipping label and a packing slip to include inside your package.
Package and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed and credited back to your account.
